Founder

Eddie Engram
Founder
Sheriff Eddie Engram brings more than two decades of experience in law enforcement and public service. He is deeply committed to enhancing community safety, building trust, and supporting those who serve, and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in strategic leadership, officer development, and community-focused policing.

Anthony Diehm
President
Anthony Diehm brings 18 years of experience in law enforcement. He is passionate about youth development and community partnerships and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in expanding programs, strengthening community engagement, and supporting critical resources for the Sheriff’s Office.

Maria Galvan
Board Member
Maria Galvan brings over 10 years of experience in public service and nonprofit support. She is passionate about uplifting families and building strong community connections and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in organizational support, outreach, and community engagement.

Zach Geddes
Board Member
Zach Geddes brings several years of experience in law enforcement and investigations. He is passionate about public safety, community engagement, and youth development and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in supporting youth programs and enhancing resources for the Sheriff’s Office.

Heidi Keith
Treasurer
Heidi brings over 25 years of experience in public administration and government operations. She is passionate about serving her community and supporting public safety initiatives and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in financial stewardship, organizational leadership, and operational support.

Chris Medford
Board Member
Chris Medford brings over 15 years of experience in business leadership and community engagement. He is passionate about developing leaders and supporting local philanthropy and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in community partnerships, youth mentorship, and support for local initiatives.

Brian Gallaway
Board Member
Brian Gallaway brings more than two decades of experience in corrections and public safety. He is dedicated to supporting youth programs and strengthening community connections and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in detention leadership, outreach initiatives, and community-based programs.

Robert Muelrath II
Board Member
Rob Muelrath brings over 30 years of experience in public affairs, governmental relations, and political consulting. He is passionate about building strong connections between communities, businesses, and government and plays a key role in advancing the association’s efforts in strategic communications, advocacy, and community engagement.
